guyz, where exactly do you inject in your quadz?? ive tried it twice, in the lower portion of my quad, where the musclez seperate (if you dont know what i mean, let me know, ill try to explain more) and the next day i couldnt walk. felt like i had a baseball bat taken across my leg. so some help here would be appreciated
