Quad Injections!!!!!!

I have been shooting into the checks enough that they feel like pin cushions. I tried quads ONCE, and when I stuck that 1 inch in there the syringe started quivering like it was in a nerve so I pulled it out and blood started running down my leg. Anyone got any suggestions on properly injecting the quads?

inject into the outer quadrant (quad sweep), push in 1 inch deep, aspirate and inject...pull needle out slowly...never get blood...easier than glutes...peace

I have 3-4 different spots on the quads that I alternate. I also hit the delt's and the tri's. I know a few that do the biceps, but not me! If you are doing something like Tren. and are EOD or ED you need to move them around. I also will draw the oil based stuff out with a 25 guage, then take an insuline dart, pull the plunger out, and squirt the oil into the dart. Then place the plunger back in and turn right side-up, tap it a few times, to get the small air bubbles out, and you are good to go!
Always pull back on the plunger on any sot to be sure you have not hit a vessel. A

PS: When using the insulin darts, be sure you get it in the muscle, so the areas for that need to be LEAN! I don't know how advanced you are, some feel that beginners should not go anywhere other than the glutes. Not saying you are a newbie, just looking out for you. And I know how that pin cushion feeling is! I had so much scar tissue back in the 80's that I would hit the scar tissue, and bend the dart! OUCH!!! A

yes spotinjections good site, helped me do it right the first time!! no blood no pain (2nd time i had minimal blood, but never since)

Go back again.

Just go back to them again. you can rotate spots on your quads. I wouldn't shoot anything known to be painfrul anywhere near a squat day, or if you bend and move a lot work, then pass on it again as well.

I've had the same happen to me. I think it's just going through a nerve. I would pull back out and replace needle and do it again, but today when I was doing my shoulder, I saw it contract/quiver from hitting a nerve and I just pushed through it and it was ok.

quad shots are easiest for me, sometimes i'll hit a nerve but i've isolated a few good spots where i dont feel anything

stay away from your legs. tris , delts, hips, and that muscle at the elbow joint( dont know the name ). these areas are alot less painful then your legs. theres 8 diff spots, enough for 18cc a week -- should be enough for what your doing

Quads are a great spot. I only avoid them when using painful gear like prop/tren. Then I hit glutes as much as possible. I get a quiver as mentioned previously sometimes too, but, just stay steady and go ahead. No problem.
