I was just wondering if anyone had some diagrams for quad injections its to hard to reach my ass by myself.

Should I just wait for my brother to do my glute injections or should I attempt my first quad injection??? The diagram is kinda hard to see.

i started doing quad injections....and i`ll tell ya...nothing to it....i`ll be doing quad shots from now on, i love it.

yOU WILL LEARN TO LOVE THEM. jUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MOVE THE NEEDLE AROUND TO MUCH...YOU WILL LIMP FOR A WEEK.
