Pysillium husk powder is the most under-rated fat loss aid out there!! Keep taking it - even if you don't like the taste too much.
A lot of people don't appreciate the benefits of fibre....but stick with it and you'll see a big difference in your cuts.
Depending on how much fibre I'm getting from whole foods, I'll take up to two teaspoons, four times a day. You have to experiment though - and find the does that's right for you.
