Ok I know this isn't a new routine or anything but can't find any posts about it so I'll just thread it..
Has anyone ever done this calisthenics pyramid routine before??
1st set.
1-Pullup
2-Pushups
3-Sit-ups
2-Dips
2nd Set.
2-Pullups
4-Pushups
6-Situps
4-Dips
3rd set.
3-Pullups
6-Pushups
9-Situps
6-Dips
All the way to 10..
So it'll look like this
10-Pullups
20-Pushups
30-Situps
20-Dips
And then work yourself back down to the first set the same way you worked yourself up..
I've completed this routine in the past a few times but havn't tried in the past few years..
I was just wondering everyones take on the routine.. And tell me if you've finished it..
