PWO after swim??

Hi there

ive been out of action for 2 weeks due to a chest injury, and im doing 45 mins swimming as my chest is still sore.

I was wondering what PWO if any i should be having when i get back.

I normally do 40g whey/70g dex after lifting for an hour.

i don't know when you are swimming, in the am or pm, but either way I would take the Protein afterward. If you are doing it more for cardio, I don't know if I would keep the dextrose. If you are doing some hard anaerobic swimming, maybe throw in some dextrose, especially if it's after lifting.
