PW Shake.. Can you....?

Can you have say a sports drink or a creatine cocktail, sip on that during training and then just have a whey shake post workout or would it be best to have them all at the end at the same time?
 
I take a shaker with whey, glutamine and creatine to the gym everyday..then I steal a powerade or gatorade from the snackbar and mix it together....bang.
 
I think it is best to have it all at once at the end of the workout in order to replenish.

Here is what I do:

during workout I drink a glutamine, BCAA and creatine cocktail.
After workout I have 55 grams protien, 45 grams maltodextrin, 50 grams dextrose all together in one shake.
