Another board ran me for this plan..........I thought it looked decent for a cut diet.........what do you guys think?


How would this plan look for someone who is cuttinf vs. someone who is bulking?

good food choices. Looks fine but the heart of the matter is if your total intake is under your maintanence needs calorically speaking. I wouldn't worry too much about timing it unless it's way off base, like eating 2000 cals an hour before bed or something silly like that.
 
Why? IMO that's about the only "make-or-break" meal a weight trainer can eat. THose simple carbs and their accompanying insulin spike have a cortisol-stopping effect that's vital whether cutting or bulking.
