PW carbs Bananna or nothing at all? etc. (deployed soldier)

I was just wondering I know a banna pw would refill liver glycogen rather than muscle glycogen but would it be better to have the bananna than to have nothing at all... Im limited on resources out here but I have a tub of dextrose in the mail from my brother but god only knows how long that is gonna take to get here. Are there some alternative I might be able to use besides dextrose/malto for now until I receive my package.
 
if you are that limited i would think any kind of carbs are favorable to none if you are trying to add size, if you are trying to diet down then skip the banana
 
If you have nothing else and aren't cutting the banana should be fine. If you have honey that will work too. Skim milk makes for a passable post-workout drink if you have no suppliments available.
 
Hmmm, are smarties good for post workout? do they contain dextrose???

please let me know, because I can get smarties where I live, but not sweet tarts!

Banana, not bannana.

Add at least one banana. Add strawberries, whole flax, raw oat, wheat germ.

Don't go weak/lite post workout. Refuel.
