Put up the Christmas decorations today...

The mall here has a ton of decorations and now so do I. No tree tho..........

I don't know. I would like a real one, but I am worried about it drying out. I'm going to have to look around and see if I can find a fake one that looks good.

I got a fake tree that has the lights on it already & it looks pretty nice. Also saves the hassle of putting all the lights on. I think that's the worst part about the tree.

We have a very realistic fake tree we picked up several years ago at 75% off after Christmas. I miss the pine scent, but the cost for trees in my area is exhorbitant.

I make up for it by buying a pine wreath every year. Heavenly.

Hey, gonelifting -- I hate that too! Laziness!!

I can't put lights up outside cuz the stupid kids in my area pull the bulbs out.

I leave the electric "candles" in the windows either all year or for the winter -- but with white lights, they aren't "Christmas-y" anyway.

We always put our tree and decorations up the first weekend of December. Fake tree...going on 12 years old now.
