Put that Easter candy down!

Hell no. They have ate the candy and washed up already.Nana was here so she cleaned them up. Now i am listening to them fight about whose markers are whos!
 
I got an easter Egg today !! WOOOO, but i dont wanna spoil my workout so ill eat it after my work out.

and when i was 5 or 6, i had 6 easter eggs , and ate all of them by midday ! thats gotta be a E/F record

Garlic. I started my cutter today so no sauces for me. Usually go for the barbecue sauce any other time.

I don't believe a couple of dashes of soy sauce has many calories ... now the sodium content is something else.

Carbs and sodium. When i diet, i diet severely. No flavoured waters, just plain tap water filtered, no sauces, no cheats. My motto is, if you're enjoying it when you're dieting, you're not dieting hard enough. Simple rule to follow.
