I just received a letter from the Florida Attorney General saying my prescription records were seized from the The Signature Pharmacy raid in Feb of 2007. For review . I can protest the seizure in 30 days. Any thoughts on what the outcome could be. Anybody else with the same issue ? All input would be appreciated

All it is is they have to let you know because of the hipa laws. It means nothing and you are fine.

I received the same letter today but they sent it to my old address about 3 states over. I am thinking if you protest probably just flag the assholes and probably open a big can of worms.

Any Attorneys care to chime in im not too keen on the feds poking about in my medicals records and besides i never ordered that much from Signature anyway and was strictly doing HRT at the time.

Are there any limitatations an HRT doctor can prescribe in terms of steroids , growth hormone?
In the Rush Limbaugh case , a person could "doctor shop" potentially getting way more medicines as they really needed (due to an addiction) and the doctor is generally not at fault.

In this case , the state of Florida (which I find has fascist overzealous tendancies) is clearly fishing for evidence

hmmm. I wouldn't worry about it if they aren't banging down your door. I think if they wanted something to do with you, they would be knocking. JMO

I only ever received one script filling from Signature to which this relates for 6 months of Test and HGH. Perhaps if I had more of a history of use I might have objected but given it was only the one script I decided to just ignore.
