pushing through injury?

my right calf has been a little tight for 3 or 4 days now.....its on the outside of the calf and feels more like a muscle than a tendon or else.....

it doesn't really hurt as in a painful hurt, but more of a bothersome and questioning type feeling.....it doesn't make it any worse if i do exercises on it.....i was wondering if i should do my leg workout today in spite of this....maybe it will help? or should i play safe and take off a few days.....

maybe its still "recovering"? my last leg workout was pretty intense....
