What can I do to make this easier. I've read conflicting statements about metamucil. Some say it has carbs, others say it does but they are not digestable (fiber)....

LMAO. Psyillium husk (I didnt spell it right, so someone correct me) should help. ALso be sure to get your greens (lettuce, etc).

that is a good idea, fiber one cereal can do wonders on a carb-up day.

I love fiber one. That stuff and raisin bran keeps the "low road" traffic moving well.
