Purchased a new vehicle today..

I purchased a new lexus today to replace my DTS that I totalled last week. I have alway driven amercican vehicles however this just changed my mind about Japenese luxuxy. I purchased this GS in dark gray. Who else has a lexus?

I was always under the impressiion that is built on an Avalon frame however the dealer said it has its own frame and engine plateform. He mentioned that every Lexus was still built in Japan.

This is news to me. Years back I remember it being the LS and SC models being built in Japan. No idea what is made there anymore.
