Pump N Pose (analgin DAB10)

I recently came across this item, but have seen no discussion how it works or how it is used. The best info I got says its main active ingrediant is analgin, an analgesic and antipyretic. I'm at a loss to figure out how a substance like aspirin can help in BB. Any info?
