Hey guys and gals,
I don't know what has happened, but some how I pulled my right pec. I haven't even trained lately, so I am unsure how it happened. Also, I am having cramping in both pecs. I haven't trained any pushing muscles (upper body) for 5 days. Has anyone else suffered from this? My diet is pretty good and I drink a ton of fluids, but I cannot figure out what the hell is going on. My legs are really sore and are suffering from muscle twitches. Maybe its the weather changing?.
