pulled muscle advice

I armwrestled my boss a few days ago and the next day at the gym I went to do some curls and knew immediatly something was wrong, my left arm was killing me and I assume I pulled a muscle. Now my question is since im doing a cycle atm can I power through the pain and hope it eventually subsides or do what im doing now which is not working the arm directly just through secondary excercises like pulldowns, benches etc or is this the type of thing that needs to be left alone period for a week? Its been about 4-5 days since it happened and while only working it out secondary i've had to put ice on it a few times but after about an hour of ice its no biggie.

second question is...im doing 500 sustanon/week x10
30mg dbol/day x4weeks
and I was thinking about adding test e 500/week to it after im through with the dbols for the remainder (6 weeks) is that to much for a beginner cycle? I was just thinking I might miss the added oompf when the dbols go bye bye

Lay off bicep for a week. If back exacerbates the injury, lay off that too. A week will not hurt you. As for the addition of test enanthate, I would advise against it. Less is more right now. For each individual body weight and use history, there is also a specific daily plasma level. Unless you are over 240lbs and under 12% bf with several years aas use under your belt, you will be waisting a dosage threshhold. AAS is @10 % of your equation. The other 90 % comes from training like a beast, eating untill you want to vomit, and sleeping 10 hrs/day. Make it count.

The first thing I would like to suggest is stop pulling your muscle. :qt:

The next thing is SQUAT. If you squat a lot I think it will help heal your bicep. It stimulates your whole body, so squat.
