Pulled groin and juice

hey guys, would any juice help heal abductor muscles, if so how much (serious)

and it has been about 7 days since injury i did some mild stretch iugn and heating was that bad? should it just be ice and rest till all pain goes away THEN heating once in a while and stretching. any comments welcome.
 
is there a time frame i can look at to start rehabilitation and strengthening i dont want this to happen again
 
just listen to your body, if the groin still hurts dont do too much stretching. Once the pain goes away you can start doing strengthening exercises.
