I do them last on chest day. Are they really hitting the chest?
Next day my triceps are killing me from them. Looking at the mechanics of the pullover it looks like triceps, then shoulders, and the chest for final support. Is this really a chest exercise?
Another question on this exercise. I use a 120 on my final set (heavy for me and probably not for many). I let the dumbbell almost touch the floor and get a good stretch. Then pull it up with my elbows locked to my mid chest level. Is this the best way to do these?
I have seen guys lying across the bench while doing them. I lay ON the bench when doing them.
