I am getting soooo close to puking during leg day. I generally try to eat REALLY light like 2 hours before the gym on those nights but am getting a little paranoid that as I keep piling on the plates, its gonna happen. I'm pretty good about stopping before it gets too much (i hit the clammy/cold sweat point), but I was cranking on such a kickass set last night that I +just+ about crossed the line.
