Puking from 1-AD?

my friend has been taking 1-AD for 2 weeks now and he says he has puked 6 times while using it. I know that he eats when he takes his doseage but even i have seen him and i guess the same thing happens, he burps, white powder comes out of his mouth and then he says his stomach bothers him....

any ideas pa1ad or other brilliant minds ?

I have never gotten sick from the stuff, but I have burped and the powder came out of my mouth, pretty freaky if you ask me. The only advice I could give (not an expert here) would be to make sure he eats before and after, just to help make sure the caps go down all the way, and drink lots of water.

P.S. If he continues to get sick, I would stop taking it, common sense if you ask me.

Tell him to take the capsule directly before his meal (with some water). Pill should be popped right after he says grace and right before he jams the mashed potatoes into his mouth
