Puffy Nips? What will work

Whats the best thing i can do to get some of the puffiness out of my nipples, just recently started to look puffy. If its gyno than this is the first sign so what can i do to prevent it from getting worse, AIFM, LiquiDex from AG-Guys, can i start using clomid now, or what? Just so everyone knows, i currently have deca as part of my current cycle. And if you think the puff is caused from deca incorportated into my cycle what is best to treat puff nips caused from deca.

puffyness can be due to estrogen, progestins and prolactin-- or a combination of the three.

the AI's listed will deal with the estrogen portion as well as reducing the progestin portion (down regulating the progesterone receptor)
