Puffy Nips or Lump Gyno

What is the difference between the two types aside from the obvious?

What I mean is do they have different physiological causes or are they different forms of the same ailment.

I've seen some people say that you can treat Lump gyno with Nolv but not Puffy, but in another post people will say the exact opposite.

If possible I'd like to get to the bottom of the two different types and find out if their are treatments (not prevention) for each?

I also would like to know, from the Pros. The gyno question is like a question that never gets completely answered, its always kinda jumped around.

You have to remember....a lot of the answers you get are theoretical....only those who have truely experienced it hands on....truely knows.......From what I thought, puffy nimples are just from fluid retention....the lump is actual tissue forming....I would imagine, once the tissue is formed that nolva becomes less effective, but we'll see who responds.......

ya once you get the lump... you got the lump..
but i have been reading about rebound xt.... need to know more about this stuff.. sounds good mmmmmm

okay..here's the break down..

as long as you don't feel a hard lump behind your nip, you are okay. I heard, first hand, from a compound lab that the "puffy" nip syndrome is due to the excess of hormones pumping through out the body + retention of fluid. It will go away after the cycle is over - roughly about 3 months. If you are running a progesterone based aas, like eq, you should be using arimidex throughout your cycle and during your pct along with nolva. arimidex works well in reducing the puffy look. Nolva will prevent the hard lump. It takes time, but the nips will return to normal.

Anyone who claims that preliminary gyno symptoms, such as the pea-sized lump, are irreversible, are dead wrong. Upon recent completion of treatment with Nolvadex at doses of 40mg, and eventually 60mg, back down to 20mg, my gyno lump and soreness is 98% gone after three weeks. Behold the power of Nolvadex. Don't ever let it get bad enough to where you need surgery guys, you should always have anti-e's on hand....

what if its puberty driven gyno...ive had puffy nips from when i was 12...the lower my bf the smaller they get been down as low as 11% and still some what puffy...while cycling....i get even puffier..but i have run test without any nolva or pct and with...no diff for me anyways...

I got a hard pea size lump behind both nipples and they were very sore to touch. I started on Nolva at 20mg/day and after a week they were gone. Continuing with the Nolva for another couple of weeks though cos after stopping for about a week the right nipple is getting another sore lump, guess the test has to fully clear your system. Funny thing is my right nipple gets like a pulsing type pain that I feel in my right arm at the same time!!! Hope that goes too!

So yes in some cases Nolva WILL reverse early Gyno!
