Puffy nipples..

I'm on my third week (of 4) of diesel +katanadrol, i'm starting to see and feel like my nipples are a bit puffy, this is my second oral cycle, yet I don't know if i'm gyno prone.
I've got some kind pct on hand (forged pct - I was saving these 2 for an injectable cycle: sustain and hcg), but no ai's, what should I do ?

Is there any way to reduce puffy nipples that are natural, not from AAS?
