puffy nipples

So now I have just taken my 3rd shot of 200mg eq and 250 enan taking it twice weekly. One of my nipples is slightly puffy. I have Ag guys Nolvadex on hand, should I take it? What dose? I always get this on the right nipple. My nipples are pierced, just that change anything? When I am cold it looks fine, so thats good right? Not gyno? I should of had arimidex, but it never came.

1) don't play or pinch the nipple
2) add the nolvadex 40mgs ED until the gyno is gone
I would add letrozole (femara) at 1.25mgs ED just to be safe.

Letrozole = femara = liquifem

You can try running nolva right now, since you say it usually goes away. I'm just into the safety factors with gyno. That's why going all out with letro + nolva is the way to go for me.

letro will iron out your nips lol....but once you get the gyno in check fall back to dosing the fem to EOD
