Puffy Nipples!

Hello Gang

Over the last couple of days i have noticed my Nipples are becomming a little Puffy.

For those that dont know, i am running Dbol@40mg ED and Sust250@750ml WK, Arimidex .5mg ED

It`s nothing major, just they dont go "erect" when i am cold, and you can notice my nipples a little more when wearing white/slim fit tops.

They are also a little more soft/spongey to touch, there is no pain or lumps there though

I have nova on hand just incase i did get gyno, do you think i should start to take a small dose of Nova

Or is this expected? This is my first cycle so i am just double checking, the last thing i want above my newley chiseled 6-pack is a pair of Tits

well on my first(and only so far) cycle i had puffy nips but it never progressed beyond that plenty of people on here have reported puffy nips. I think you should only worry if they start hardening although maybe someone who has had gyno would be better placed to reply.

I would personally start it now...at 20mgs a day

Dont do anything drastic and stop your cycle, but start taking 20-40 mg nolvadex EOD to start and see if that helps it out...if after a week that doesnt then bump the dose up. That is a pretty heavy cycle for being your first..where did you come up with that. Dbol is pretty shitty for most poeple and running it at 40 mg ED along with 750 mg test a week is way more than you need to gain. Personally I would have run dbols at 30 mg's ED and 500 mg test /week..and that would produce very solid gains. The puffy nips arent much to worry about but it is a sign, so start your nolvadex and if they start to get any worse at all bump your aimadex up to 1 mg ED and nolvadex at 20 mg ED(the arimadex works much better for most poeple).
