Puffy Nipples Need Advice

simplexx

New member
Iv been working out about 4-5 days a week for the past 2 months. My chest is comming in very nicly but my nipples are soft and they a bit pointing... when i bend over they hang down a bit too.. I have tried yohimburn but it was just a temporary fix.. Is there something I can take to fix this problem?

Are you or have you been on gear? If so, what kind, what duration, and did you use any anti's like nolvadex when you noticed the onset of nips getting puffy?

Honestly I do not remmeber when I first noticed them... I have been A stoner(cronic weed smoker) for about 2-3 years now. I used to be reallllly overweight about 3 years ago, I used to weight 220 pounds... now i weight 150. im about 5 11" in height. I never took really anything before that why i was wondering there is something I can take. I have taken stacker 2 about 5 months ago for a while but didnt really like it.

here is a picture to show you what im dealing with.

When my chest gets cold it looks great.

its not from the pot...its from being overweight previously. To me it looks like a combo of fatty/glandular. I have very similar gyno but i was able to rid most of the fat with yohimburn and heavy dieting. All that is left is the lumps which would require surgery.

check for lumps , if there are you're gonna need to go under the knife to get rid of it.

There are no lumps at all its just soft and cushiny... do you think its becuase i need to gain the weight back and just bulk up?

no, adding size to your chest may make it less noticable and tighten up the area, but it will do nothing for fatty reduction. How long were you using yohimburn? If you were refering to it as a temporary fix, yes, it temporarily makes your nipples hard but if you use it in conjunction with a very good diet and cardio you should see an improvement. If that doesn't work you may have to look into lipo

I used to workout at home alot and all i would be able to workout was my upperchest... I never used to have definition at the bottom of my chest... i have been working out my lower chest for about 1 month... this this be another reason my nipple looks funny?

If you haven't been on any kind of gear and this is happening after an all natural workout regimine, then you don't have gyno.

Allowing yourself to become excessively overweight can reveal your predisposition to retaining fat in traditionally female locations (hips, butt, breast) rather than just normal male problem areas (love handles, gut, etc).

You need to adjust your diet so that you'll burn off these problem areas. Low Carb diets like Atkins do this a lot better than traditional high carb, low fat diets..

My flatmate's a bit of a bloater and he's got it worse than you believe me. It's just something that seems to happen with overweight people, because of the way the body deposits fat.

The guys above have got it right. Sort out your diet and get some CV work in. Try doing a few runs a week and your whole body will tone up.

I'd advise caution if your were thinking about going on gear to bulk, because you will probably be prone to gyno.

this is the kind of misinformation that ruins things for everybody. there have been numerous studies to the contrary. The same can not be said for alcohol, however...
