pudding... cooking with ma huang

I've been trying to make thick protein pudding. Here is my problem:

I want to use sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding and add it to about 2 cups of a whey-protein and water solution (*no milk*). That way it will have the same carb/protein ratio as most meal replacement shakes, but it'll be chocolate pudding. Does anyone know how to make the stuff set??? Mine is too thin! What chemicals react to make it set? (I know that for Chinese desserts, citric acid reacts with boiling milk to create a custard very quickly, but I don't know the mechanics of it)

Also, has anyone ever cooked ma huang or ephedrine? I want to make ephedrine caffeine brownies (coffee and ma huang). I'm worried it might do something strange to the ma huang. Pudding would be easy to mix with ephedrine, since I don't need to cook it.

One last thing. Has anyone mixed ephedrine with weed? What was the effect? Cannabis is a once a year experience for me. I get sick of it easily, but I am craving some right NOW! Cannabis/Ephedrine/Caffeine brownies (XXXpensive)
 
pudding made with water? dunno try blending cottage cheese and make it look like liquid,so it can look like milk
 
DDD where can i find this pudding? have a site for it,i wanna check the cover it if i ever come across it in a local health store
