Psyllium husk ad oral absorption

Hello, I take psyllium husk to improve the transit time of food in my gut when I am consuming a lot of calories. This prevent a lot of bloating and discomfort I would otherwise get. From what I have read this could reduce the absorption of nutrients. It is well known that it lowers cholesterol absorption and if you look at a cholesterol molecule it is very similar to an androgen.

How much of my winny is going to waste? Does anyone else take this? I know it is relatively common in bodybuilding circles.
