Got my Amp02 and PureMCC stack. Figured I'd make a journal to log my progress.
Today did a sorta half assed back, bi, shoulder day. Simply because I have a crazy five days comming.
No deads today due to pretty much 0 energy because of an insanely hard day at work.
Iso-Rows: 180 - 3 sets of 8
DB preachers: 45 - 3 sets of 8
Bent of DB rows: 80 - 3 sets of 8
Front shoulder raises: 30 - 2 sets of 8 <> 35 - 1 set of 8
Upright Rows: 80 - 2 sets of 8 <> 90 - 1 set of 8
Reverse Curls: 75 - 3 sets of 8 (done solely for the forearm gains)
Barbell shrugs: 315 - 3 sets of 8
Keep in mind this is not my usual back workout. This was done solely for maintenance due to a crazy day and a crazy 5 more comming. Next back day will be much better. Deads and bent over rows included of course.
Any feedback or suggestions is very welcome. Construcive criticism is always a plus. Cya next week bros.
