Proviron during cycle

I'm at week 6 of my 10 weeks first cycle:

500 mg Sustanon 250
200 mg Deca

I've gained more than 22 pounds now but I'm extremely bloated.
I almost can't look at my in the mirror and i'm tired to hear people telling me: "ah ah ! how fat have you come !!!". My GF keep on telling me I'm too round and puffy and keep on saying she preferred me before I started taking roids. Damn! Shit !

I've stgarted this week doing cardio but I'd like to start taking some enti-estrogens since I see that even if I loose a lot of water doring cardio, then I put in on again in a little time.

I've got 4 boxes of Proviron and 2 of Clomid. Here (italy) Nolvadex and Arimidex can't be found anywhere.

How should I take them ?
Is there anything else I could do ??

Take 50mgs/ED of Proviron, that should help.

Get arimidex and you will notice a big difference in less than a week. Go for 1mg/ED until you start to notice the difference, then back it off to .5mg/ED.

Get on proviron or armidex quick or your girlfriend may get jealous that your tits are bigger than hers!

I don't think Proviron is very effective as anti-estrogen. If it was my choice, I would use 100mg/day of Clomid and 25mg/day of Proviron.

Bro, I would take 50mg Proviron/day and 20 mg Nolva/day....you'll be fucking those other guys who called you fat's girlfriends you'll be so ripped!

I would have a look around for some Arimidex and if you can`t find it you may have to go to an overseas supplier to obtain some.

Keep with 50mg/ED Proviron in the meantime.
