proviron and nolvadex??

can i girl use nolvadex and proviron to help them in there cardio work out to help lose weight? Since they block estrogen couldnt them help them out ?And if so what kind of dose would be good?

Both proviron and nolvadex are generally estrogen inhibitors - which means they will act to prevent the kinds of estrogen-related fat depositing (e.g. around hips and thighs). It won't directly do anything to enhance fat loss or anything via cardio/workout. It acts strictly to prevent additional estrogen related fat "creation" - it won't get rid of the fat already there and it won't burn fat - it prevents additional fat from being deposited as a result of estrogen in the body.

Do more research on estrogen inhibitors. And BTW, they also tend to negate any birth control pills so be prepared to incorporate alternative methods there.

actually the absence of estrogen will down regulate the A2 receptors, perhaps even leading to a reduction in their numbers. It will increase fat loss, directly (sort of) by its mere absence.
