For those that have used this drug, at what dosage did you start to notice appetite suppression? What did you find to be the most effective dose for energy? How long does the energy typically last?

FYI: There is an article about this compound in this months or last months Muscle Development magazine.

I believe they said after 200mg a day no more benefits were seen.

thanks bro, I have read that article but I didn't think that it mentioned the max dose for appetite suppression. I might want to use some while bulking but I want to limit its appetite suppressing effects and while dieting I will want to take more to maximize the appetite suppressing effects
