Provi - what's the half life?

What's the real half life of proviron? How shoud I take it during PCT? Right now I'm taking it 25mg about 12pm. Good?

Should I halve the pill and take half AM half PM?

Splitting the dosages up as often as possible throughout the day is always a good idea.

If you can afford it take 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg at night.
