Protien Shake B4 Bed

I read in Men's Health: a Doctor was suggesting that high protien intake before you sleep can make you restless. The extra protien in the body has the brain working overtime, thus making it harder for you to reach deep stage 4 REM sleep. So maybe if I stopped drinking protien shakes before bed, maybe I can fall asleep better. Have any of you guys found this to be true in your own personal experiences?

Ooooh, it'll be harder to reach that holy Phase 4. I don't give a damn. I'm good at Phase 3 or wherever the hell I am, hehe.

MDs have long been known to bash anything bodybuilders do.

My guess is the reason why you can't sleep good wold be an irregular sleep schedule or a high simple carb diet
 
I usually work out at night so I have my shake between 8-9 oclock. Dont seem to have any sleeping problems. Then again Im on test and half my wife to help relive any stress. wife+Test = slepp like baby :D
