Protien Poll

In general Pro-complex 55. But it`s also a vague question believe it or not. You don`t say what`s your goal is. I`m 255lbs 6` and i balance between 18 and 22% of bf. I`m a bounty hunter, bouncer and body guard so my life is very psyical. That`s why pro 55
works for me. if i want to lighten up pysicaly, amino liquids. Iso-pure is the best for quick absorbtion.
What do you want?
( my opinion... taste grow up! )

Looking for bulk. Taste is just an added bonus. If there are two that are close and one has better taste you can't tell me that you wouldn't go with the one that tastes better.

Beverly International

Ultra Size (Vanilla) - whey, casien protein
Mass Maker (Vanilla) - post workout protein/clean carb

Amazing taste and ranked among top proteins in the world for quality. Started in 1960's in government testing for muscle wasting. Live near the company, great people - fantastic products. One of the biggest booths at the Arnold every year. We get mobbed. :)

I understand totally but after type of whey then it`s, timed release, type of absorbsion micro, ion etc. then i would have to go with price. those are my qualifying factors. It`s really not that straight forward, it takes alot of label reading and comparing.

What ever quad says i support. ( I think i`m in love).

San's Infusion is a great protein blend that would be great for bulking. 12 grams of fat (lots of EFA's), 4 carbs, 6 grams fiber, 47 grams protein. Tastes fuckin awesome, Choc Peanut flavor anyway.

Optimum ON whey you can get a 10 lbs. bag for 44 bucks. On scoop has 23 grams of protein and 2 grams of carbs. I use two scoops and two cups of milk and you get like 65 grams of protein and 8 grams of carbs.

Optimum Nutrition Strawberry flavor for me for Post workout.

They have outstanding Mrp's also. As far as price....When you by in bulk, you can't hardly beat the price and quality and flavor are top notch.
I use 1 1/2 scoop with 16 oz of skim milk for PW. Whn I use the MRP's, I mix them @ 1:1 ratio with the whey. Lasts longer, makes the carb, fat calorie, protien ratios more to my liking. and tastes outstanding!

I've heard Beverly international is a good protein. I still make my own blends at protein factory. Yeah they're slow, and they screw orders up sometimes, but I still like their powders.

quad sis, been taking protein and supplements for 20 years, and I have never heard of Beverly International (no offense). I am curious now, going to do some research. Anyone else out there have any feedback on Beverly International?

Based on the products I feel have given me best results, not taste, I feel taste is really a non-factor (I always hold my nose when I take all liquid supplements, thus I taste nothing going down, however sometimes I use a chaser if after taste is really bad), my staples are:

Cytodyne Cytopro (fast acting whey isolate post-workout/morning)
HDT Pro Blend 55 (blended protein)
Raw Eggs

I frequently add Brewer's Yeast, Lecithin, flax seed oil, and/or liquid minerals to my protein shakes as well.

Max Muscle High 5. I have some stomach problems and this stuff gives me to trouble at all. Optimum does but it's cheaper so I use it some times also.

But the great thing about High 5 is my kids like it. My wife uses the banana flavored one when she makes banana bread. It's great stuff.

Optimum Nutrition Strawberry.... Great price, and it tastes damn good.... Usually drink like 3 a day....

They don't advertise like the big protein/supp companies out there. Its interesting; they are the only supplement booth at the Arnold Classic that doesn't 'give' out any samples, but only 'sells' product. I have worked with them at the booth the last 2 years and the booth is so packed. I had like 7 orders going at once. We sold out of all product by Sunday morning. They have built their product by word of mouth and returning business. I've watched them grow and it has been the right way - through people who liked what they bought and bought again. Kinda cool I think. :)

You can check them out at Beverly International

I love this stuff! It mixes up so well, three stirs with a spoon and you're golden. Plus, it's pretty cheap. You can get it on Amazon for 25 bucks.

Been using Protein Factory's stuff for a few months now... I like it... good quality....good varieties of proteins and gainers....good flavors.... little on the pricey side though

Yeah this site has a lot of stuff and it's cheap. The service is great and shipping is fast. Get my stuff in like two days.

rocky road is fucking grose. i still have a little rocky road flavored pro complex that i can't stomache to use.

the best ones have have used is ON's whey or pro complex. i thought pro complex was a little better but it costs more. i like to get the vanilla and throw it in the blender with ice, strawberries and pinaples. Really good.
