August 6 I wrote:

Where's the fucking protein?

Alex wrote back:

We are not a kiss ass company that sucks up to customers just because of
a problem. We just ignore people like you. We are not shipping your
protein and issued a refund to your card.

Apparently Alex does not have the decency to apologize for careless mistakes that affect his customers.

Alex, you ignored only the first email I sent. The second one you replied to, just with careless irresponsibility that no business should exhibit.

I followed up a few times with Alex on the phone. He was upset and rude.

But to follow up...

But I got a UPS confirmation email:

Scheduled Delivery: 14-August-2007

Better late than never!

All I wanted was my protein!

I don't generally want my ass kissed. I've spent probably 5k on supplements in the past three years at BAC alone. Had one debate regarding melted ALA, but they did investigate and resolved the issue w/me.

I don't want drama, either.

I'm not here to gossip or slam people. I've got I think < 2000 posts in the last 3 years TOTAL.

All I wanted was protein.

The matter is closed.
