ProteinFactory . com question

It's so miniscule it's barely worth the comparison. I think the CF has a slight edge. The Chill is just a new way of filtering which is very clean. Again, no biggie. Both are very good.

Now the bovine serum is in a class by itself. BIG BLAST contains isolate, serum and whole egg. The best of fast and slow absorbtion and maximum anabolism.

In general I think PF has too many products which are similar. It gets confusing but they're total protein nerds! They love analyzing this stuff.

I was just going to ask this question in a new topic, so I guess I'll ask it here. Whenever I read a description at PF I think, thats the one, thats the protein for me. Then I read the next one and I think, wait thats the one, thats the protein for me. So which one? Im 30 and fat. Trying to burn the fat while retaining muscle. I dont do lactose. any recommendations?

Your best best is to go with the "Iso-Chill" protein. It's no fat and has the lowest amount of lactose except for soy. You can even do a blend (e.g. 75% iso-chill 25% soy) which would make it highly economical.

Also, check out ZIP http://proteinfactory.com/shop/product.php?productid=108&cat=0&page=1

Yikes! well after skimming that site for an hr. lol. Here are my first 2 questions of 100.

Whats the difference between the whey at viteminworld and the whey at pf?
And Is the "super plasma" really worth it?

I don't knows the whey at vitamin world but there are lots of types of whey. PF explains which have the highest BV. Most MRP's use whey concentrate which PF sells for $5.99 a pound.

Super plasma is another league altogether. I posted an independant study (which I can't seem to track right now but it was not conducted by PF) where they fed mice SPP and with no other changes in diet or exercise the adult mice using SPP grew at a 20% greater rate. It's the most anabolic substance short of steroids. Trouble is, it's expensive. And by itself, it doesn't taste great. Not bad or anything, just not like whey isolate. That's why your best bet is BIG BLAST. It's a good quality whey and whole egg protein with creatine, NO2 and the highest amount of super plasma serum of anything on the market. And it cost about as much as an ordinary MRP. Try the Tropical Orange. Awesome.

Next question!

Ok, I thought you had to buy straight Super Bovine (Cow??) lol.

Big blast is still a bit pricey, but if its that good ill give it a shot.
Why did they put sugar in it? or is that optional?

It's a high glycenic drink for sure, formulated for maintaining a pump post workout. It helps to rehydrate and transport the other nutrients. (Something zero carb drinks don't do very well. I always add a little carb to a protein drink). And honestly, the "real" sugar makes it taste awesome and easy to take. All in all though, it's not that much -- about the same as a half a glass of iced tea. Post workout that's get absorbed right into the bloodstream.

I love their products! I just ordered 12lbs of various protein.

I would rather have ground sesame than ground flax as an add-on, due to the phytoestrogen content in flax.
