Whiz i'm in school too. (H.S) And its a pain in the ass to get what protein i need. There is a few hour gap where i don't get much food at all, but i live with it. I get about (25) g in the morning through milk. Wait till lunch (like 4 hrs later) and eat a nice sandwich filled with many cold cut meats then i lift bout 2 hrs later. Get home. Eat a big ass snack,Take an n-large (roughly 70 g) eat dinner 2 hrs later (protein ranges) and then another nlarge bfor bed (60g) I think its a pretty good plan.
Since i started this routine about 1 1/2 months ago i'm up like 10 lbs. It wouldn't surprise me if 50% of it is fat.. N-large blows me up.
