hey all, just thought id throw a question out there. Over the years ive taken s**t loads of different types of proteins pre & post, mass gainers ect. Just wondering what your taking atm? for bulking, cutting? Recommendations? cheers.
For postworkout purposes I take Muscle Replenisher! Preworkout I usually take 4-5 Gear pills. Either WheytoBuildMuscle Whey or N2Matrix for throughout the day purposes.

I use their vanilla for my late night shake or mixed with whey in a protein brownie. Gear throughout the day. Muscle Replenisher post workout. Any whey blend for random shakes. Currently using NTBM Cake Batter.
