What is your favorite or most beneficial protein supp with low sugars?
I am trying to decide which brand I will go with, need some feedback. I haven't used any Beverly International products but considering it. No Soy,please.

Isopure
Nitro Tech
Beverly
GNC
Met RX
ETC

Thanks

Ideally, I like to get my protein supps with as little carbs as possible. You can always get MRP for the carbs or add dextrose/maltodextrin for them as well

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey is a great deal. 22g protein to 2-3g carbs per serving. It mixes easily and tastes decent as well. The best tasting protein supp is Nectar, hands down. Beverly Intl has a good product line, which you're paying for

Best bang for the buck goes to ON 100% whey, IMHO :)

100% agreement

I agree with the Optimum Nutrition %100 Whey-- great value. As well as ISS's version.

there are also a number of whey supplements that are the general protein plus vitamins-- considered MRPs (but an MRP for me has to have a lot or carbs in it). There are great gainers out there from ON and ISS that have low sugar. Bottom line, don't waste money on those 15 serving containers of name-brand proteins. It is just a supplement-- and unless you supplement your income, it will dig you a debt hole.

I just got it last week and i like it. I got the chocolate... mixed with milk it's incredible.

Sweet, looks like good stuff. Seems expensive though, Optimums cost around $23? And it only has 2 g less protein and 2g more carbs. Maybe allthewhey.com is better quality I dunno.
