Protein Shakes...

The only time I substitute "real" food for a protein shake is on my weight-training days (3x weekly) directly after workout. I am cutting, and working with a pretty big defecit. I do not want to make my own protein mix. Any suggestions on a good powder to buy?

allthewhey is hard to beat, ive tried a lot of products in my day, and they really have some quality product at hard, if not impossible to beat prices. ebay it and for 25lbs its like $115 or 125 shipped, dont remember, but its about time for a new 25lb'er for me
