Protein Shakes...

I currently am consuming EAS Whey Protein about 4 times throughout the day. Should I only be drinking whey protein after my workout or cardio? If so, what kind of protein should I be drinking mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and mid-evening?

Whey post workout only in my opinion and sawastea is right, real food at all other times...
maybe an MRP if u are busy or milk proteins pre bedtime (like miceller or casein)
 
like the guys already said, real food is better. however, if it is more convenient for you to drink shakes at certain times of the day, then go for it.
 
I heard straight whey protein drinks are only good for after workouts and can actually damage your liver if you drink it too much at other times. I heard if you want other an everytime protein drink you need to get a protein blend with Caseine and egg protein. Correct me if I'm wrong.
