I usually prefer it to have as many carbs as possible. Way more carbs than protein I say. I basically should stop buying damn protein shakes and just start buying carb drinks, but then again I am a homosexual atheist.
Actually I don't really care. I don't watch my indirect carbs too much. I work most of them off with ritualistic masterbating.

Mine are with carbs until after 8 pm or so. I'll take a high gi carb/protein shake first thingin the morning and post workout. Other than that I try to stick to low gi carbs.
