What brand shake was it, so I know to avoid them?

Usually I here people complain about loose stools from cheap proteins shakes and gainers,

no banana and pretty much every kind i have tried does it. I drink one and bloat up loose appetite the rest of the day and can hang up a visit to the bathroom the next day. Any suggestion on how to get protein another way>
