Protein Shake Question....

My husband is looking for a tasty protein shake, in vanilla flavor that can be mixed only with water in a shaker bottle, not a blender......

Any suggestions??

Vanilla Ice Cream by ON. The latest bag I got though doesn't mix very well, gets all congealed to the spoon when stirring.

I had thought about it, but I doubt they'd reimburse me for shipping it back and it's not worth the amount it's gonna cost to ship a 10lb bag. Just have to stir it up extra good.

protein factory is great. My favorite is the penta pro chocolate with splenda sweetener

I'm a chocolate protein shake fiend but vanilla is more his thang......I usually use ON in Double Rich Chocolate but never tried the vanillla so I will check it out....

i've had em all... my fav by far: Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Chocolate... but vanilla is good too.

nothing beats the taste of Muscle Milk. But its not for everyone, it has a fair bit of fat in it, but if ur metabolism is off the charts, its good.
