George's Triple threat is one of the best, I've heard Beverly PRoteins are very good (will be using that soon), Optimum whey chocolate is good, Labrado proV60 is ass, GNC stuff is ass...

I can understand mrp's tasting like crap, believe me, I've had my share; however, it is beyond me how you are throwing up, 3 times, with blood... are you sure you didn't get a bad batch or somethin?

It was fine, although I think I drank too much too fast, and I knew I didnt like the taste, so that didnt help. And I didnt throw up 3 seperate times, all within like 2 minutes, hehe

Have you ever tried zero carb isopure? That shit is lo cal and has 50 g protein in two servings with zero carbs. It is quite possibly the best protein i have ever had...when with milk tastes like milkshake....for christ sake it even tastes good when mixed with water. you can't beat it. DUTCH CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA ARE GOOD. I haven't had the fruit ones yet....they normally don't taste as good as the staple ones.

I like designer whey but its very low in protien. It only has 18 grams so you would have to double up on them, or mis them with another brand. It is also pretty cheap where i buy it. 15 for the 2 lb container

MyoMax Meal by Scitec Nutrition is absolutely the best shake ever. Whey Protein, 9gm Glutamine, low carbs, Low cal.

Mix with a tsp peanut butter and ff frozen yogurt and its the best shake you will have have.

I like Cytosport Muscle Milk vanilla flavored its pretty good, kind of rich though and I dont like sweets that much. However, I can drink almost any protein shake (except Hot Stuff, circa 1992- puke), hold my breath and slam em from the blender.
