Protein powder problem

Hmmmmm cheap protein powder, ESPECIALLY whey, is impossible to dissolve in anything. Your best bet is to mix it with oats or make a pudding with it. Otherwise just get it down ya any way you can. If your trying to bulk then just eat more real (yummy) food. If you're trying to cut then toughen up and gag down your protein powder......It's all good when you're hungry enough.

Try blending in a banana, that always works for me.
