Protein Plus

Anyone tried these bars? Don't flame, just stumbled on a free box and they smell (lol) pretty decent...maybe post-workout? Pre? High fructose is at the END of the list.....decent amount of protein, fats are low carbs are moderate.....glutamine and vitamin enrched..........think powerbar makes them.........never been a fan of bar, but I keep finding boxes at crazy prices...actually, this one was given to me by a co-worker...........

why don't you just try the snicker's marathon bar

I'm not much into powerbars, but it sounds like it could be alright, try it during/end of workout.
